  • Payments ~ 

We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and other secure payment methods. Payment must be received in full before orders are processed.

  • Processing Times ~

Always allow at least one week for your order to be prepared for shipping. Please do not contact us about the status of your order before the minimum of 8 days after it was placed. All orders are prepared and shipped in the order they were placed.

*Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will always be provided to the e-mail used when the order was placed. It may take up to 24 hours for tracking information to be updated. 

  • Shipping Times ~

We currently only offer shipping via USPS First Class Priority mail. Please note that the average expected delivery time for this type of package is 2 to 5 days, but can delay and not be delivered for 10 days. Furry Paws Apparel Co. is not responsible for delayed nor lost packages and will not offer refunds for unreceived orders.

We are not currently shipping internationally at this time. 

*If you believe your package was lost in transit or if there is a possibility it was stolen, please file a claim with the USPS here

  • Order Issues ~

If you receive your order and there is a problem, please contact us no later than 48 hours after the delivery date.

Refunds are not accepted and will not be issued under any circumstance. You may return your products for a store credit only.
A store credit will be issued within 2 business days after the items are received as long as the exchange is accepted.

Items eligible for an accepted exchange must be: unworn, clean but unwashed and intact. *Pet hair is inevitable but excessive
amounts will not be accepted.

To initiate an exchange please complete *AND SEND TO US VIA EMAIL* the following form and include it with your shipment. Shipments received without the form will not be eligible for store credit. 

We cannot reserve any products during the exchange process. We are not responsible if your desired product is out of stock when your store credit is sent nor when you are ready to place your new order. Returns will only be accepted in the exchange for a store credit within 30 days of the original purchase date. Shipping fees will be included in your store credit ONLY IF your
package is shipped via First-Class USPS mail. All items received by Furry Paws Apparel Co. during an exchange will be saved and donated to a local shelter twice per year in the months of June and December.

  • Order Cancellations ~

Please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order if you need to cancel. Once the order has been processed, cancellations are not guaranteed.

  • Care Instructions ~

  • Quality Guarantee ~

We take pride in the quality of our products. If you encounter any issues with craftsmanship, please contact us for a resolution. 

Disclaimer: Colors may vary slightly due to monitor settings. Patterns and placement may also differ slightly due to the handmade nature of our products.
