SHOP POLICIES
PAYMENTS ~
We accept major credit cards, PayPal, ApplePay and other secure payment methods. Payment must be received in full before orders are processed. To review our Privacy Policy, please click here.
PROCESSING TIMES ~
Always allow at least one week for your order to be prepared and shipped. Please do not contact us about the status of your order before the minimum of 8 days after it was placed. All orders are prepared and shipped in the order that they were placed.
*Your order will receive a tracking number while it is still being processed. Please allow time for packaging, your tracking will update within 24 hours of being dropped off at USPS.
SHIPPING TIMES ~
We currently only offer shipping via USPS First Class Priority mail. Please note that the average expected delivery time for this time of package can vary from 2 to 7 days. Further delays can always occur. Furry Paws Apparel Co. is not responsible for delayed nor lost packages and will not offer refunds for unreceived orders.
We are not shipping internationally at this time.
*If you believe your package was lost in transit or if there is a possibility that it was stolen, please file a claim with USPS here.
ORDER ISSUES ~
If you receive your order and there is a problem, please contact us no later than 48 hours after your package's delivery date.
Refunds are not accepted and will not be issued under any circumstance. You may return your products for a store credit only.
A store credit will be issued within 2 business days after the items are received as long as the return is accepted.
Items eligible for an accepted return must be: unworn, clean but unwashed and intact. *Pet hair is inevitable but excessive amounts will not be accepted.
To initiate a return, please complete *AND SEND TO US VIA EMAIL* this form and include it with your shipment. Packages received without this form included will not be eligible for store credit.
A USPS shipping label will be issued and sent to you for your package to be returned.
*We cannot reserve any products during the exchange process. We are not responsible if your desired product is out of stock when your store credit is sent nor when you are ready to place your new order.
All returned items are saved and donated to local shelters twice per year in the months of June and December.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS OR CHANGES ~
Please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order if you need it cancelled or changed. Once the order has been processed and a shipping label has been made, cancellations/changes are not guaranteed.
